Vehicle prices displayed on the website may not include all applicable taxes, registration fees, dealer fees, or other charges.
The final amount payable for a vehicle will be determined by the applicable purchase agreement, buyer's order, and other documents signed by the customer.
Used vehicles are previously owned vehicles and may have normal wear and tear, prior repairs, replacement parts, or other characteristics associated with used vehicles.
Customers should carefully inspect and test-drive a vehicle before purchasing it and may wish to have the vehicle independently inspected by a qualified mechanic.
The Dealership will provide disclosures and purchase documents required by applicable law.
For applicable used-vehicle transactions, federally required Buyers Guide disclosures and other written disclosures will apply.Â
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate or limit any warranty, representation, disclosure, consumer protection, or other right that cannot legally be waived under applicable Kansas or federal law.
Information on this website is not intended to replace the vehicle-specific documents provided during the sales transaction.
If information displayed online differs from the information contained in the final vehicle purchase documents, the applicable signed transaction documents will control to the extent permitted by law.
Customers should ask the Dealership to clarify any question concerning a vehicle before signing purchase documents.
Test drives are subject to Dealership policies and applicable law.
The Dealership may require a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, or other documentation before permitting a test drive.
Drivers must operate vehicles safely and comply with all applicable traffic laws. The Dealership may refuse or terminate a test drive when it reasonably believes that allowing the test drive would create a safety or legal concern.
Any deposit, reservation, or vehicle hold is subject to the written terms provided to the customer at the time the deposit is accepted.
A deposit does not automatically constitute a completed vehicle sale.
Any refundability, forfeiture, expiration, or application of a deposit will be governed by the written agreement or receipt provided by the Dealership and applicable law.
A vehicle is not considered sold merely because a customer:
Views the vehicle online;
Submits an online inquiry;
Requests a price;
Applies for financing;
Schedules a test drive;
Makes an offer; or
Receives an email or text message from the Dealership.
A vehicle sale becomes binding according to the applicable purchase agreement and other transaction documents, subject to applicable law.
The Dealership may require completion and signing of required documentation before delivering a vehicle.
The Dealership does not provide, arrange, negotiate, broker, or guarantee financing for vehicle purchases. Customers are responsible for obtaining their own financing directly through a bank, credit union, lender, or other financial institution of their choice.
The majority of vehicles sold by the Dealership are purchased with payment in full. Acceptable forms of payment may include cash, cashier's check, verified bank wire transfer, and electronic payment methods accepted by the Dealership.
The Dealership may, upon request and as appropriate, provide vehicle and transaction information or documentation, such as a buyer's order, purchase agreement, or bill of sale, for the customer to provide to their selected lender for financing purposes.
If a customer intends to purchase a vehicle using financing obtained independently, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the financing is approved and available before the vehicle is delivered, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Dealership.
Payment must be received and verified by the Dealership before the vehicle is released or delivered, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. The Dealership may require additional verification for certain payment methods before accepting payment as final and available funds.
A payment, deposit, financing application, loan approval, or bill of sale does not by itself guarantee that a vehicle will be held or delivered unless the Dealership has agreed to do so in writing.
Trade-in values are subject to inspection and verification.
A preliminary or online trade-in estimate is not necessarily the final value of a vehicle.
The final trade-in value may depend on the vehicle's:
Condition;
Mileage;
Equipment;
Title status;
Accident or damage history;
Mechanical condition;
Market value; and
Other relevant factors.
Customers must provide accurate information regarding the trade-in vehicle.
Any warranty provided with a vehicle will be governed by the applicable written warranty documents.
If a vehicle is sold with a service contract, extended service plan, or other protection product, that product is governed by its separate written agreement.
No statement in these Terms is intended to create a warranty that is not provided under the applicable written transaction documents.
Unless a written agreement provides otherwise, a customer should not assume that a vehicle may be returned or a transaction cancelled simply because the customer changes their mind after completing a purchase.
Any cancellation, rescission, return, refund, or exchange will be governed by the applicable written agreement and applicable federal and Kansas law.
Nothing in this section is intended to waive or restrict any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
Vehicle delivery, title processing, registration, temporary permits, taxes, and related matters are subject to applicable Kansas requirements and the terms of the vehicle transaction.
The Dealership may require all required documents and payment or financing arrangements to be completed before delivery.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates and may change because of title processing, lender requirements, governmental processing, transportation, weather, or other circumstances beyond the Dealership's reasonable control.
We attempt to keep website information accurate and current. However, typographical errors, pricing errors, photographic errors, equipment errors, mileage errors, or other inaccuracies may occasionally occur.
If we discover a material error in a listing, we reserve the right to correct the information.
A website error does not automatically create an obligation to sell a vehicle at an incorrect price or with incorrectly stated equipment, subject to applicable law.
Vehicle photographs are provided to help customers evaluate vehicles.
Photographs may not show every vehicle feature, defect, accessory, or condition.
Customers should confirm the vehicle's equipment and condition with the Dealership before purchase.
